YOUR PROJECT

Our aim is to bring to life our client’s vision in a high quality and economical build project. This is how we do it.

DESIGNING A NEW PROJECT

Designing a new building starts with your land documents and your wishlist.

Our idea of a perfect home is partly determined by our needs and partly a composition of what we have seen and experienced.

The first step is to make a detailed list of your needs and expectations.

Along with your list create a visual board of buildings and homes that you have found appealing.

Having your land documents and visual collection will help us better understand you.

After our detailed consultation we will provide you with a proposal that includes a fee structure.

Once we have arrived at an agreement, we will develop a design concept and prepare a package ready for Council approval.

To ensure a smooth approval process and liaise with the council until the approval is granted.

At Arcotek we have streamlined building documentation (eg structural engineering, timber or steel framing etc) so that no infringement is made upon our client’s time.

BUILDING A NEW PROJECT

At Arcotek we guarantee a quality build at a competitive price.

Information below applies to clients who have a working design, relevant documentation and council approval and consent. For designing a new project, please refer to section above, ‘designing a new project’.

To ensure a smooth building process:

  1. Ensure your building design is approved by the relevant council

  2. Ensure your building timeframe consent is valid

  3. Prepare a preliminary list of your desired materials, finishes and fixtures as well as your budgetary constraints before meeting with us

  4. Once your documentation and lists are ready make an appointment with us to assess your documentations and needs

  5. After our meeting we will provide you with a competitive quote and a construction timeframe

  6. Once our agreement is finalised we will handover keys to your new home. (This time excludes legal allowance prescribed in the Building Contractors Act.)
